How Mr.Weese almost ended up in "Back to the Future"

I've just recently re-discovered the novelization of BTTF Part 1 by George Gipe in which I once highlighted the name with my text marker: A minor character called "Weeze" was supposed to "lend" Marty McFly his skateboard...
